| The former ONCT plow and some privately owned cars are tucked away on the lower lead at Victor Insulators. In the ONCT days, one or two locomotives were based in Victor and housed inside the Victor Insulators facility, so the lower lead had to be kept clear. Today, FGLK operates the trackage, the locomotives are gone, and the lower lead is used only for car storage. |
