NYC 8105 at Ridge Rd. |
Description: |
This is my first railroad photograph. Not bad for a 127 Brownie and Verichrome Pan film (and 50 years later...). |

NYC 9900 & 9911 on the 1st Belt - shot 4 of 8 |
Description: |
Date approximate. OK, everything is fixed and we're on our way. Note the above deck pneumatic MU connections - I've seen this on NYC RS1 locos only - not sure if they are home built or ? Note also the steam generator stack on the short hood of 9900. |

NYC 9900 & 9911 on the 1st Belt - shot 5 of 8 |
Description: |
Date approximate. With their retrieved train now in tow, 9900 & 9911 are about to cross Dewey Ave. 9900 really is an odd duck with the steam generator and pilot stripes - it must have had an interesting life before handling local freight. The Barnard Service & Supply Company (right) property is now part of the adjacent cemetery. |
